
I finished the Ophelia Scarf! I gave it that name because of the Ophelia songs I was listening to as I crocheted it, but the bright colors make me imagine Ophelia's girlhood. These colors remove her from the primary narrative of tragedy and restore her to innocence and hope.

I also crocheted my first wash cloth. I use this now when I wash my face. It's such a nice feeling to use something like this. I made it with my own hands. I think I will make more dishcloths and washcloths for sure. It's a good way to practice stitches.
