Watercolor drawings by Beatrix Potter

I've been going down a Beatrix Potter rabbit hole (pun intended), and I wanted to share the various documentaries and tv shows I've watched in case it inspires anyone else who stumbles upon this post!

I spent a cozy evening crocheting and watching all four episodes of Britain's Novel Landscapes. The other episodes focus on Jane Austen's Hampshire, Daphne du Maurier's Cornwall, and the Brontë's Yorkshire.

The series made blossom in my mind a dream of embarking on literary pilgrimages to the UK. Oh, how I'd love to visit the Lake District, Hampshire, Cornwall, Yorkshire, and I'd have to include Sylvia Plath's grave in Heptonstall, Virginia Woolf's Monk's House and Vanessa Bell's Charleston. Imagine treading the very land these women walked. I don't have the money or the means to realize such an ambitious dream, but I love thinking about it.
